The service offer is for two years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first). This offer is based on the time and distance servicing schedule.

Qualifying criteria

The Approved Used service plan is subject to these eligibility criteria:

• Cars must be purchased through Audi Finance (all types of finance products qualify)
• The finance agreement must have a minimum term of 24 months
• The minimum advance on the finance agreement is £7,500
• Cars must be less than four years old at time of sale
• Cars must have less than 80,000 miles on the clock at time of sale
• All models qualify, except A8 and S8
• All cars must be set to time and distance
• Offer ends 31st December 2010

Maximum servicing included in the service plan

• One oil change service at 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the start of the contract
• One oil and inspection service at 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the start of the contract
• One pollen filter change at 20,000 miles from start of the contract
• One brake fluid change (if required*)
• One spark plug change (if required*)

* As determined by the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.

All servicing must be taken within two years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first). Any servicing costs incurred after this cut-off are payable by the customer. Every customer welcome letter will specify the end date and mileage for each individual plan.
